It has been more than a year since I last posted.
One of my New Year Resolutions is to post at least 3 times a week.
It may not alway be about crafty stuff but also about other things that interest me. Another New Year Resolution is to make sure that I mail out my swap to the different groups on time.
Here is a picture of a swap that I received. The small cards are called ATC's. You do not sell these, you only trade them. They are miniature works of art. I wrote a post about ATC's a while ago. Here is the link to learn more about them: http://kreationsbykris.blogspot.com/2014/06/sewing-atcs.html
Below is a picture of the Scarf and Toques set that I knit as a Christmas gift for my friend at work.
My friend always appreciated my handmade gifts.

Picture of Wolf
Here is a picture of my son Wolf dressed wearing his explorer outfit. The pith hat is not a reproduction, but and original hat from from the Boer War and the scarf he is wearing is called a Shemagh. It can be worn in different ways. The shemagh is worn in desert countries wrapped around the head and face to keep out the sand and sun. It can also be worn around the neck.

30 Days of Creativity
I seem to have lost my creativity mojo. I do not have any creative ideas left in my head and I am behind on my swaps. I decide to jump start my brain again by taking part in 30 days to Creativity.

Day 1: When you were a child, how did you express your creativity?
I liked to sew and knit. Right now I am knitting a scarf for a friend at work. When I was in high school, I used to knit for the teachers for spending money.
My sewing machine is not working at the present time. I was having trouble with my pressure foot and decided to take it apart to see if I could fix the problem. I couldn't, and now I have to take it to a repair shop.
